Our Commitment
At Vivid Everywhere, we believe creativity should be bold, but its footprint shouldn’t be. As an independent creative agency and active IPA member, we’re committed to Net Zero emissions by 2030 across our operations—and contributing to a Net Zero advertising industry by 2035, in line with Ad Net Zero. We support and share learning with our peers through the IPA community, helping push the whole industry forward with climate-aware creativity and delivery.

Our Emissions (tCO₂e)
Using the IPA Carbon Calculator, aligned with the GHG Protocol:
Scope 1: 0.4 tCO₂e (From limited use of electric company vehicles; no gas heating)
Scope 2: 0.7 tCO₂e (Electricity in our shared space at Bonded Warehouse, supplied via green tariffs)
Scope 3: 4.3 tCO₂e (Employee commuting via public transport, low-carbon cloud services, supplier emissions, business travel, and waste)
Total Emissions: 5.4 tCO₂e
How We Work Sustainably
We apply the following environmental management measures to every project and client relationship:
Smart, low-impact workspace: Based in Bonded Warehouse, our office is designed for energy efficiency. We work light, use shared infrastructure, and minimise resource use.
Low-carbon commuting & travel: We walk, cycle, or take public transport wherever possible, and use electric cars when needed. Flights are avoided unless essential in which case the lowest Carbon options are taken.
Green servers & digital outputs: All digital work is hosted on green-certified infrastructure. We design and build with performance and sustainability in mind—lean, fast, and efficient.
We use our in-house "Brand Colour CO₂ Calculator" to estimate the relative energy and CO₂ impact of brand colours across digital and DOOH, using impressions, screen size and an OLED-informed model of how different colours draw power.
Sustainable collaboration: We work with suppliers who share our values and measure their emissions. From production partners, to print vendors, sustainability is a filter we apply.
Climate-aware culture: Every Vivid team member completes Ad Net Zero Essentials training via IPA. We embed climate consciousness in how we brief, plan, and execute ideas.
